Social Security Disability Attorney

At each step of the appeals process, you must strictly adhere to the deadlines to file your appeal or you may lose your right to appeal.

About Us
Attorney Patrick Scharmer
Attorney Patrick Scharmer was born and raised in Wisconsin, having spent most of his youth in Stevens Point. After graduating from the University of Wisconsin, Stevens Point, he spent time in Chicago, Milwaukee, and Madison before returning to Central Wisconsin in 2018.
He studied law at Concord Law School where he graduated with highest honors and received multiple awards during his time there. Pat focuses his practice primarily on Social Security Disability but also assists clients with estate planning and elder law matters.
Pat understands the struggles his clients face – his mother suffered from the debilitating effects of multiple sclerosis for over 30 years. Watching her strength through such adversity taught him to never give up – after losing all use of her legs and arms, she learned to write with her mouth and use a computer.
When not working, Pat spends his time with his wife, Beth, and their two children. He also enjoys spending time reading, watching movies, playing chess, hiking and running with his wife, swimming, and occasionally scuba diving with his son.

Beth Scharmer was raised in Waupaca, Wisconsin. She graduated from University of Wisconsin, Stevens Point and has over 15 years of office experience.
Beth empathizes with the struggles of her clients – she has seen the struggles her daughter has faced with a neuro-cognitive disability, and her mother-in-law faced with multiple sclerosis. She loves working in a profession where she can help people.
When not working, Beth spends her time with her husband and two children. She enjoys baking, watching movies, hiking & time in the outdoors at her cabin.
